If your team has been accepted into PDT 2024 - congratulations! The following information will help you with some of the pre-event planning and any questions you might have. The Tournament Committee advises you to do the following immediately:

1) SC del Sol’s PDT is a Stay and Play event. You must register for the tournament first. As soon as you have registered, you will receive the hotel links from Event Connect. Please note, this is not a guarantee that your team will be accepted into the event. If your team is not accepted, the booking will be canceled at no cost. Failure to follow the Stay and Play rules will result in your removal from the tournament. 

2) Please make sure that your team(s) and players are registered appropriately and that you have approval for travel from your State Association. Participation in the tournament is dependent upon all teams and players having the necessary documentation. Please click here for more info.


3) Ensure that the player roster is complete and up-to-date. U15, U16, U17, and U18 age groups can roster up to 22 players, although only 18 will be eligible per game. Game cards will be printed using this roster; please finalize your roster by no later than 5 p.m., Monday, February 5th, 2024.
